Privacy policy

This policy describes how LuckBox Labs LLC (“the company”) handles information on luckboxlabs.com. It is also the company privacy policy that may be linked from App Store listings for software the company publishes.

This website

The public website is static. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party fonts. It does not set cookies. It does not include a contact form.

A first-party script stores a light or dark appearance choice in the browser’s local storage so the preference can persist on later visits. That value is not sent to the company. If no choice is saved, the site follows the device’s color-scheme setting.

Standard web logs may be produced by the host when a page is requested (for example an IP address, user agent, and requested path). The company does not use those logs to identify visitors or to build marketing profiles.

Email

A mailto link opens the visitor’s own mail client. If a message is sent to [email protected] or [email protected], the company receives the address and content the sender chose to include, and uses them to reply and to carry out the request.

Applications

If the company publishes an iOS or web application, that product will state what it collects — if anything — in its listing and, when needed, in a more specific notice. This page remains the company policy unless a product page says otherwise.

Sharing

The company does not sell personal information. Mail is processed by the company’s email provider in order to deliver and store messages. The host processes requests required to serve this website. The company may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and requests

Inquiry email is kept as long as it is needed to complete the work or to meet a legal obligation, then deleted from active mailboxes. To ask what the company holds, or to ask for deletion of an inquiry the sender sent, write [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated text will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
